They didn't send anything, they don't reply to emails and now I did a little research and thank God I didn't get it. THEY ALREADY ACT AS THIEVES BEFORE DELIVERING ANYTHING, SO NEVER TRUST THEIR DEVICE WITH YOUR COINS. This company is tied to the CCP and we all know what this means. Stay away from it!

I made a purchase with them promising to ship my wallet on it BEFORE MAY31st ! They did supply updates they don’t have customer service ! I msged them hundreds of times asking for an update on my order no response but the moment I get inpatient and wanna refund THEY RESPOND HELLA FAST WJEN THEY COULDVE JUST SOLVED MY ISSUE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Definitely gonna go elsewhere forget that .

I used SafePal Swap to Swap ETH to BNB, they took my ETH and never gave me any BNB. DO NOT USE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Very bad service from this company. Ordered mine ( 2 of them) in February and it finally arrived today. The customer support promised for all the waiting we would receive 2 leather cases which we already paid for. So then we would receive 2 extra. They did not arrive.
I hope the product itself is better than the poor service. I also thought everything Binance Collab's with would be ok but reading al the messages here i'm doubting now.

i bought the safe pal in January and it never arrived, i have contacted the custmore support but the replay after weeks, they told they sent another one , but never arrived too and now they don't answer to my emails anymore, i lost 50usd.
I can't believe that Binance invested on them
(this was the only reason why i bought it )

Very bad customer support experience.....You can not trust a product that you buy and you never receive and they don't give you any update except once in a blue moon, that they don't have a concrete date.
It means they are either a Mess or they are a scam.

I tried to contact the customer support about hardware wallet (Order #12091) but they never answered.
I spend 79$ and the product never arrived at my place.

I cannot trust any of my crypto with this device. Plus there’s no protection if anything goes amiss.

Unfortunately i can say nothing about the product itself as it never arrived at my place. When i contacted the customer support about it, they wrote me 2 times the same thing which was to talk to the logistic company, which i already did before contacting the Safepal-support. Next they told me that they will contact the shipping company and that they will clear things up. A few days later they provided me with tracking data which said it was delivered successfully. I don´t know how that is even possible, as i have never received or signed for anything. Long story short, worst and most exhausting customer-service experience i ever made in my entire life! In the end i have got no product but i payed for it and they don´t care, or at least they don´t do anything to help me resolving the problem. On top of that they also accused me of being a liar! This behavior is simply
inappropriate, embarrassing and overall unacceptable. Safe Pal should really be ashamed by acting & treating their customers like this. They also wrote me "We attach great importance to customer experience" which obviously must be a real bad joke as they act the opposite.

Easily the best hardware wallet out there for one single reason...
That is the entire ecosystem which is built into the app so you no longer need something like metamask for connection to dapps.
On top of that....
You can dex trade on binance or uniswap straight from the device itself, which makes it super easy and much less stressful compared to using a computer which could be compromised at any time.
Another massive feature is how you sign the transactions...
Most other wallets work the same way with variable vulnerabilities such as key logging your keyboard inputs to screen mirroring.
The Safepal uses QR codes....
Not only is this good for safety, it also ensures you don't mess up the receiving address. Eliminating any margin for mistakes.
The app and hardware easily outperforms any Ledger device.
With regards to Trezor... They're great but they are over 3 times the price and do at least 10 times less than this wallet (direct app/dex access and total number of compatible tokens)
This wallet is backed by Binance, its in no way biased towards binance services either.
With Ledger, keepkey and even trezor issues are usually around the app/software.
Such as not being able to connect to ledger live ???? embarrassing for a device 3 times the price. Especially if you need to buy or sell and the ledger software is down.
The Safepal also has a much better build quality than its competitors as well as remaining portable and having an internal battery.
For the money... Its a no brainer!! ????

Great customer service! I upgraded my Safepal S1 but the upgrade failed, and the device would not turn on anymore. I sent the customer support a message about this, and they said immediately that they will send me a new one. I've never received this good customer support from anywhere, ever.
I can recommend this hardware wallet to everyone who are looking for the best bang for their buck.
